Phase I
Design Consultation

The Design Consultation phase is all about us getting to know each other.  We will inventory your site together, identifying the assets and challenges.  Are there views to hide or views to preserve?,  Are there wet areas or deer destruction?.  Together we establish goals for your property.  Are you looking for curb appeal?  Are you dreaming of a resort setting?  Communication is key and it is critical for us to be on the same page!

Phase II
Site Analysis

This is where we clearly identify assets and challenges of your property.  We will measure, take pictures, record inventory of plant material and prepare a base map of your space.

Phase III
Creative Design
During this phase of the project, we will use our unique creativity and experience to create the design of your dreams.  Starting with a 24” X 36” sheet of blank paper your project will come alive as a fully color rendered design expressing all of the goals and desires discussed during our initial visits and conversations. This is where the magic happens!!

Phase IV
Design Presentation
In the Design Presentation we will deliver and review the entire project together in the comfort of your home. We will hand deliever a beautifully color rendered package which includes plant lists and pictures of the plants, as well as an in-depth education about the details of your project and the entire design process.

Phase V
Installation

Installations can be as much or as little as you desire it to be.  We offer full service installation packages for clients that want to enjoy the end results without worrying about doing all the heavy lifting themselves. Or we can support your efforts and only assist with the parts you aren’t comfortable tackling yourself.  Each project is handled on a very personal, professional basis and we're flexible with how we work with you to make the project come alive.
